SendGrid Integration

Trusted email delivery at scale

Twilio SendGrid is a cloud-based email platform that delivers billions of messages a day. It handles deliverability, templates, and inbound parsing so email just works.

SendGrid delivers Kohala's transactional email — verification, alerts, agent notifications, and report deliveries — and routes inbound replies back to your agents.
