Can I add more usage if I run out of credits?

Yes. Business accounts support pay-as-you-go top-ups charged to your card ($10 per 500 credits) whenever you need more credits for building or operating Agents.

Can I downgrade back to Personal?

Yes. You can downgrade from Business to Personal at any time. Your business agent copies are archived (not deleted) and can be restored if you upgrade again. Your personal agents, koans, and credit balance remain intact.

Can I add packages beyond the four included ones?

Yes. All published packages in the catalog are available to Business accounts. The four core department packages are included at no extra subscription cost — additional specialist packs and vertical bundles from the catalog may carry their own one-time credit fee to subscribe.
