What does subscribing to a Package cost?

Each Package sets its own one-time subscription fee in platform credits (some are free). After subscribing, you bear the operational credit costs of running your copies — compute, storage, and LLM usage — just like agents you built yourself.

Can I re-share or resell a Package I subscribed to?

No. Subscribed copies are for your own account: they cannot be re-shared, transferred, resold, or re-published. The catalog always credits the original publisher.

What does the 'Personal access' badge on some agents mean?

Agents marked 'Personal access' run on your own account credentials (for example your own LinkedIn sign-in) once you subscribe. Their public previews show clearly-tagged synthetic sample data — never the publisher's real data.

Do I get publisher updates after I subscribe?

Yes. When a publisher pushes an update to a Package, a fresh copy of the updated member agents and workflows is staged for you. You can review the change log, compare versions, and apply the update with one click — your own agent data, memory, and koans are preserved across the update.

How do I unsubscribe from a Package?

Open the Package in your Library and choose Leave Package. You can keep the copied agents and workflows in your account (they become independent from the publisher), or delete them in the same action. Your own data and koans are never removed.

What's the difference between free and premium Packages?

Free Packages are offered by the Kohala team and the community at no subscription cost — you only pay the operational credits to run your copies. Premium Packages charge a one-time credit fee to subscribe, set by the publisher. Both types run under the same governance, billing, and upgrade model.

Which account tier gets Packages auto-provisioned?

Business and Enterprise accounts have four department Packages — Sales & Customer Relations, Finance & Accounting, Growth & Marketing, and Inventory & Operations — auto-provisioned the moment the account is created. Personal accounts start without any packages but can subscribe to any published Package in the catalog, including premium bundles.

Can a Personal account subscribe to business Packages?

Yes. Any published Package in the catalog — including the business department bundles and specialist vertical packs — is open for Personal accounts to subscribe to. You pay the Package's one-time credit fee (or nothing for free Packages) and bear the operational costs of running your copies, just like a Business account would.
