The reference architecture every Kohala Agent conforms to. Kai builds the agent-specific elements — the Koan, schedule, Python scripts, MCP interface, and alerts; Lani operates them. Shared infrastructure — the Kohala API, built-in skills catalog, managed memory, and account message bus — is reused by every Agent, and external dependencies (LLMs, integrations, external pages and content) are reached only through guarded boundaries.
